Our Story
Chelsea Anyiam, founder and CEO of Pinnacle Training and Consultancy, has over 16 years of experience working with children and young people in nurseries, schools, crisis intervention, mentoring, and residential care. Her journey into children’s residential care is deeply personal, driven by a passion for ensuring every child receives the care, love, and stability they deserve.
After successfully guiding multiple children’s homes through Ofsted registration and achieving ‘Good’ ratings, she founded Pinnacle to support both new and existing providers in navigating compliance, policies, and leadership. With a strong legal and academic background, Chelsea is dedicated to helping children’s homes meet the highest standards of care.
